Omninoise · Last updated

Omninoise is a private, self-hosted publishing tool operated by the multnelis team (multnelis.org), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and maintained by Cuong Tran (“the Operator”). It is used by the Operator, and by invited team members, to publish the Operator’s own content to the Operator’s own social accounts. This policy explains what data the Service handles and why.

1. Data we access

When an account is connected through a platform’s API, the Service may access:

  • Basic profile information: display name, avatar, and the account or open ID.
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by the platform.
  • Content and media that the Operator uploads for publishing.
  • Post IDs, publishing status, and post analytics such as views and likes, when the platform provides them.

2. How we use it

The data is used only to publish the Operator’s own content to the Operator’s own accounts and to show how that content performs. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

3. Storage and sharing

  • Data is stored on a self-hosted server operated by the team.
  • We do not sell data.
  • We do not share data with anyone, except with the destination platform when a post is published.
  • There is no advertising and no tracking. This page sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The Service’s login uses only essential session cookies.

4. Retention

Data is kept until the account is disconnected or deletion is requested. When an account is disconnected, its tokens are removed.

5. Deletion and revoking access

You can stop the Service accessing an account, and have the data removed, in any of these ways:

  • Disconnect the account in Omninoise.
  • Revoke the app in the platform’s own settings (TikTok, Facebook, Google).
  • Email contact@multnelis.org and ask for deletion.

Requests are handled within 30 days.

6. TikTok

Omninoise connects to TikTok through TikTok’s Login Kit and developer APIs. It requests the scopes user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list, video.upload and video.publish. They are used only to read the connected account’s basic profile and stats, to list its own videos, and to upload and publish videos that the Operator chooses. To revoke access, remove Omninoise in TikTok under Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services, or email us.

7. Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)

Omninoise requests Meta permissions to list the Pages and Instagram professional accounts the Operator administers, to publish posts to them and to Threads, and to read their engagement and insights. They are used only to publish to Pages and accounts the Operator administers, and to show how those posts perform.

Data deletion instructions

To delete your data, remove Omninoise in Facebook under Settings, then Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites). You can also email contact@multnelis.org with the subject “Data deletion request”. We delete the tokens and any stored data for your account within 30 days.

8. Google and YouTube

Omninoise uses YouTube API Services to upload and manage the Operator’s own videos and to read analytics for the Operator’s own channel. It asks for access only to the channel the Operator connects, and uses that access only for those purposes.

Omninoise’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

By using the YouTube features of the Service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Omninoise’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Security

All access uses HTTPS, and access to the Service is restricted to the Operator and invited team members. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we store and who can reach it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

12. Contact
